Queens College Police Foundations, police training, queens police diploma, Toronto Police officer training, The rich history of the Police Foundations program at Queen’s College was on full display at the Ministry’s Divisional Day Showcase on April 28, 2016 at the Toronto Reference Library on 789 Yonge Street in Toronto. Two of our many fully uniformed students participated in showing why Queen’s College has the best preparatory program for pursuing rewarding Law Enforcement careers.

Police officers are pivotal for the well-being and safety of our communities. Our Police Foundations students, Vasile Tugui and Raul Kamalakanthan, mentored by our experienced instructors, Mr. Rick Gavel, and Mr. Roy Preston, both retired Police Officers, made our school proud by showing numerous Police defense tactics, handcuffing and subduing techniques that we teach on campus as part of our Police Foundations training program.

It was a privilege to have attended the Divisional Day Showcase and we look forward to promoting our amazing program in the future! Sincere thank you to the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities for the organization of such a successful event!
