Chakra Awareness & Energy Flow
- Explore the chakra system through breathwork, movement, and sound
- Practice gentle flows designed to align energy and restore balance
Personal Practice & Teaching Foundations
- Build a consistent self-practice and learn how to design simple sequences
- Develop the confidence to lead, whether for self-growth or peer teaching
Yoga for Restful Sleep & Lifestyle Balance
- Evening practices to calm the mind and improve sleep quality
- Tools to manage stress, support healthy weight, and encourage emotional well-being
