Queen’s College Executive Administrator Diploma Program prepares students for administrative roles and equips them with practical knowledge, soft skills, and work experience.
The program covers office procedures, records management, communication, project management, and customer service. Students will also develop time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. An internship is included to gain valuable work experience in a professional setting. Our well-rounded education ensures students are prepared for a successful career in administration.
Queen’s College Executive Administrator Diploma Program offers a rich placement opportunity where the student can experience real-life responsibilities. The last four weeks of this program enable students to work in an office to gain work experience and put into practice the skills they learned in the curriculum. In the internship, they may perform some of the following activities:
- Assign jobs and duties to office staff as needed
- Monitor office operations
- Schedule appointments and meetings for executive upper-level staff
- Reading, analyzing, and writing reports
- Conduct clerical duties including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents

Academic Requirements
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) OR
- Equivalent: Foreign credentials must be translated into English and assessed for Grade 12 equivalency by a recognized organization (refer to Section I-4.4) OR
- Mature Student with a score of 11 or more on the Wonderlic SLE (or other MCU-approved tests – Note: CAT and CAST can no longer be used)
English as a Second Language
- IELTS – International English Language Testing Services – Minimum average score of 6.0 with no subject test score lower than 5.5. OR
- TOEFL – Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-based test (IBT) – over 80, with a minimum of 20 in each component.
